We may hold names, addresses, email addresses and telephone numbers; membership records; rehearsal and event attendance records; payment and donation records; photographs taken at concerts and events; and bursary application information.
How We Use Personal Data
Personal data is used to manage memberships, organise rehearsals and concerts, process payments, communicate with members and comply with legal obligations. Photographs may be used in publicity materials and on our website.
Data Retention
Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary. Financial records are retained in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
Data Security
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, accidental loss, destruction or damage.
Individual Rights
Individuals whose data we hold have the right to access, correct or delete their personal data, object to its processing, and withdraw consent. Requests should be directed to gcosguernsey@gmail.com.
